Why overclean may be harmful?

We are surrounded by microbes with those well-known to us like bacteria and viruses. They are even the main part of our body. Some can cause diseases to us, while some can be important to our well-being. But how can we live with these microbes safely, amid their ceaselessly developed resistance to antibiotics?
